Pokemon X and Y for the Nintendo 3DS Tips and Hints

A Birthday Surprise

If you enter the Pokémon Center on your birthday, a little surprise will be waiting for you.

A Nintendo Wii U

In the beginning of the game, when your character wakes up, a Nintendo Wii U will be in your room. I wonder what games it has?

Easy Money

If you keep battling at the Battle Chateau, you can earn a lot of money. Most of the trainers there give 1,000- 20,000 pokédollars.

Day Care Eggs

In these games, the day care man won't call you if he has an egg for you, but there is a way to find out if he has one. If he faces the road, he has an egg, but he won't if he's facing the building.

Mario and Luigi: Dream Team for the Nintendo 3DS Tips and Hints

Messing with Luigi

On the title screen, you can tap on Luigi and interact with him, just like you do in the game while he is dreaming.

Hard Mode

Once you finish the game once, you will unlock this mode. The enemies will be harder to defeat, and you can't resume the game after dying.

Jukebox Mode

Clear the game to unlock this game mode.

Pikmin 3 for the Nintendo Wii U Tips and Hints

Rock Pikmin

Rock Pikmin never get crushed so using them in fights against Wollywogs is useful. Rock pikmin can also break through crystals. They also deal quite a bit of damage compared to the other Pikmin.

Red Pikmin

Red pikmin are resistant in fire and are also the fiercest in battle.

Blue Pikmin

Blue pikmin are amphibious and can also fight and work in the water, too.

Yellow Pikmin

Yellow pikmin are resistant to electricity and can be thrown higher than all pikmin.

Winged Pikmin

Winged Pikmin can fly and carry objects in the air. They are very weak when it comes to ground combat, but excel in air combat.

Go Here

This feature is especially useful when returning to the onion at the end of each day, or multitasking with all three captains.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the Nintendo 3DS Tips and Hints

Extra Bells and Gemstones

Everyday there will be a rock in town which if you hit with your shovel will produce extra bells. When you hit it however, you will stumble back, and if you don't hit the rock on time, the bells will stop coming out. You can avoid this by digging holes around you. You can also hit a random rock for a gemstone daily which you can use for customizing furniture or for selling for extra bells.

How to Unlock Special QR Codes for Patterns

If you talk to Sable everyday at the Able sisters, she will eventually allow you to use a machine to scan codes for special custom patterns.

Special Nintendo Items

If you go to the Nookling Junction everyday, you can buy a special item called a fortune cookie. You can then trade the fortunes for special items from the Legend of Zelda, Mario, or Metroid.

How to Make Some Extra Bells

If you visit the Island at night, you can catch some pretty rare fish and bugs that sell for quite a bit of bells at the Re-tail shop.

Emotions

After you've unlocked Club LOL, you can speak to Dr. Shrunk during the day to learn different facial expressions for your character. You must bring him a food item, however.

K.K Slider

If you visit the club at nighttime, you can dance to DJ K.K. If you visit Saturday nights, you can see old school K.K. Slider perform old songs, and you can even receive one CD.
